Privacy Policy

Collection and use of personal data

Personal data is data linked to you that we collect and process to perform a contract concluded with an individual, to contact them, and to meet our legal obligations. The controller of personal data is Salong Ideaal OÜ.

We collect personal data in the following ways:

  • when you book an appointment (including your name, phone number, email address, the chosen service and time);
  • when you submit your contact details on our website (including your name, phone number, email address, preferred way of contact);
  • when you use the website, from the customer's account information or through cookies.

Use and storage of the collected personal data

By agreeing to the terms of the privacy policy, the customer consents to the automated processing of their data. You can always withdraw your consent through our website or by submitting a request in a format that can be reproduced in writing. The request and the withdrawal of consent have no retroactive effect. To serve customers better, we may disclose information about individual users to a third party that provides services to us and is bound by contract to keep the shared information confidential. Such a third party is, for example, our partner who edits content or provides translation services.

We keep the customer's personal data until the regular customer agreement ends. Data that we are required to keep by law (e.g. accounting records) is kept in line with the legal requirements.

Protection of personal data

We take every precaution (including administrative, technical and physical measures) to protect the customer's personal data. Only persons authorised to do so have access to change and process the data.

If you suspect that your personal data has been handled contrary to this privacy policy, or that there is a risk your data has leaked to third persons, let us know immediately. Only then can we keep any potential damage as small as possible.

The customer has the right to request that we stop processing their data, to receive information about how the data is used, and to have the data transferred to themselves or to a third person in a commonly used format. To prevent misuse of customer data and rights, requests are accepted only in a form that identifies the person making the request (digitally signed, or signed in person at the salon). We may reply to such requests within 30 days.

We treat a request to stop processing data as a request to end the regular customer agreement.

Security

All personal data of the customer that becomes known through visits to the website and the conclusion of contracts is treated as confidential information. An encrypted data channel ensures the security of the website visitor's personal data.

Privacy policy terms and changes

By starting to use our website or by filling in the regular customer application, you confirm that you have read and agree to these principles and terms. We reserve the right to change the general terms of the privacy policy when needed, informing all regular customers, but we do our best to keep our privacy policy up to date and available to you on our website.

The controller of the customer's personal data is Salong Ideaal OÜ. For any questions or concerns about the privacy policy or data processing, please contact us at info@depilatsioon.eu.

You always have the right to turn to the Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon) or a court to protect your data. The Data Protection Inspectorate is a state authority that you can also turn to for advice or help on personal data protection.
