WHEN NOT TO COME FOR LASER HAIR REMOVAL

Laser hair removal can have contraindications and side effects. Before the procedure we ask you to read and sign an information sheet. If you have any questions, please contact us before your appointment. Below are the most common cases when the procedure is not allowed.

The procedure is not allowed:

• 3 to 4 weeks before or after tanning (including sunbeds and self-tan);

• if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, or less than three months have passed since pregnancy or breastfeeding;

• if you have very dry or sensitive skin;

• if in the last six months you have had a course of oral isotretinoin or other hormone therapy.

The procedure is not allowed if the treatment area has:

• open wounds or inflammation, including sunburn;

• tattoos or permanent make-up;

• a chemical peel less than two weeks ago;

• synthetic fillers or implants.
